HACCP AWARENESS TRAINING
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a globally recognised food safety system designed to identify, evaluate, and control food safety hazards throughout the production process. This HACCP Awareness Training provides participants with a fundamental understanding of HACCP principles and their importance in ensuring safe, compliant, and consistent food production.
The training introduces key concepts including food safety hazards (biological, chemical, and physical), the 7 principles of HACCP, prerequisite programmes (PRPs), and basic control measures within food manufacturing and food service operations. Participants will also learn how HACCP supports regulatory compliance, customer requirements, and halal assurance.
This programme is suitable as an entry-level awareness training to build food safety culture and support effective HACCP implementation at the operational level.
